Hema has joined TPDynamiqs BV starting 2026. She has over 20 years of Global Transfer Pricing experience with a blend of consulting and in-house tax & finance roles within reputed multinational companies.

Before joining, Hema was partner at Deloitte Belgium and active on complex project across jurisdictions in her broader EMEA role. Hema has been the Head of Global Transfer Pricing at ASML, headquartered in the Netherlands. Prior to that, Hema was at Deloitte Netherlands leading various Transfer Pricing and Value Chain Alignment / Business Model Optimization projects, and a pioneer member focusing on Transformation projects including Finance & Tax Transformation for major multinational companies. She has extensive experience in designing and implementation of various operating models for clients across industries and working closely with Finance, Supply chain and Technology expertise.

Hema has worked with PwC in Singapore in the Transfer Pricing / Value Chain Transformation team for number of years. She was also part of the in-house Global transfer pricing team at General Electric (GE) as well in the tax and finance roles at Cargill and Samsonite in the past.

Her core focus remains End-to-End Transfer Pricing and leading Business restructuring projects, including feasibility analysis, financial modelling, designing and implementation as well as post implementation reviews for change in the business / tax operating models.

Hema is a certified chartered accountant from India.
